After removing the filter, I cannot get to battery on the Dirt Devil Kone M0213, there are two horizontal screws. Removing them does not help getting to the battery, no way to remove the insert where the battery is located.We have two of these, however they did not come with a manual for dis-assembly. Please help or proved a diagram on how to remove the battery. Many thanks, Wesley Lennon Sheesh, did anyone actually read the person's question? There are four tabs which need to be released. I have to use a very sha. I have an older model of the dirt devil bagless quick vac. And it has been working great, just last week i was vaccuming my bedroom and i accidentally sucked up a string belt that goes with one of my capris.
And today i emtpied out the dirt cup but it seems the the string belt that was sucked up is not within my reach and whenever i start the vaccum i get this distinctive noise that i've never heard before. It's likely wrapped around the brush 015 012pull out the roller and un tangle it.
